Contact Dave Adams by phone 802-652-3478 or email.  These standards will be implemented on a voluntary basis through October 2009. During this 18 month period, developers are asked to meet these standards to the best of their ability, and to document the ways in which they do not. If possible, the incremental cost of bringing the development up to the standard would be helpful and should be shared with VHFA when available
